Specialized Cameras for Efficient Borehole Evaluation

Aries’ downhole video cameras are specialized tools for specific water well, oil & gas and mining applications. On-screen diagnostics monitor internal pressure, humidity and camera temperature. No moving parts reduces maintenance.

Single conductor, dual-armored steel cable is used to transmit video, and suspend and lower the cameras. A ring light is available for open air, lost tool and fishing applications.

BT Series Dual View Water Well Camera

4.2-Cam-BTSeries-1The technically advanced BT9600 and BT9700 cameras ensure superior acquisition of images and evaluation of well conditions. These dual viewing cameras provide operating advantages over other cameras: The single-module design allows it to tilt off-center under operator control to look down the borehole or inspect the well casing.

4.2-Cam-BTSeries-2-resizeThe camera can rotate continuously 360° to inspect the entire diameter or a casing joint. A 10X optical zoom enables close inspection. The result is superior control to ensure clear, quality images to accurately evaluate issues before they become more serious.

A forward-placed LED light head, available in 18- or 24-inch length, provides bright, clear downhole viewing for easy inspection of large diameter wells. An LED ring light facilitates locating tools and pumps, and other lost objects.

Durable stainless steel construction with no external moving parts ensures long life. The camera is hermetically sealed and nitrogen-charged to eliminate humidity and condensation for clear viewing.

WC Series Slimline Water Well Camera

4.2-Cameras-WC-Slimline-1The Dual View Slimline WC1750 camera, with a 1.75-inch diameter, is ideal for inspecting small boreholes, monitoring wells, and accessing between the casing and pump.

The camera operates at a depth of 5000 feet. Its stainless steel housing is pressurized with dry nitrogen to help displace moisture and minimize corrosion. It features high intensity, long-life LED lighting, with ring light or a standard light head.

SC Series Large Diameter Borehole Camera

4.2-Cameras-SCSeriesThe SC3500 Pan and Tilt Zoom camera operates in boreholes of 6.0 inches and larger. Maximum submerged depth is 120 feet. When not submerged in water, a maximum depth of 5000 feet is possible, making this camera ideal for large diameter mine shafts, tanks and open cavernous areas.

The camera rotates 360-degrees in either direction. The Pan and Tilt function automatically slows down when inspecting with the zoom feature. High intensity LED lighting and automatic exposure compensation, provides unobstructed viewing.

4.2-Cameras-SCSeries-2The on-screen internal diagnostic check system continually monitors camera functions including camera humidity, voltage, temperature and pressure.

The SC3500 camera combines great operator control and long-life:
