CCTV Inspection Trucks
ARIES offers a widest variety of chassis choices with completely customized interiors. Equipment can be ergonomically mounted to inspect 6" through 200" mainlines and 3" through 8" lateral services. ARIES' multiple pipeline data acquisition programs available make our CCTV inspection system the most versatile available.
TV Mainline/Lateral Inspection Trucks
These systems are designed to inspect 6" through 200" mainlines up to 2,000 ft from a single entry point and 3" through 8" lateral services up to 150' from the mainline service connection with optional equipment to inspect the lateral services with access from a clean-out. The vehicle can also be used in conjunction with your sewer jetter truck to clean service lines when using ARIES Hydro Launcher.
Hi Cube Van
ARIES' Hi Cube Vans offer one of the most versatile work platforms for a CCTV Inspection vehicle. These vehicles offer a completely customizable layout to offer the most advanced yet comfortable and durable work space available. These systems can be set up to inspect lines as small as 2" and as large as 200". Select the data acquisition system of your choice and you have the most complete inspection vehicle available. Choose from GVWR from 9,600 lbs to 26,000 lbs.
One Ton Cargo Van/Sprinter Van
ARIES Cargo Van interaior offers that same creature comforts as our high cube but in a smaller vehicle. These vehicle are ideal for municipalities or contractors that need to perform inspoections within city interiors where narrow streets and allys are common. These vehicle are availanble in GVWR ratings from 9,500 lbs to 11,030 lbs.
Trailer-Mounted Inspection Systems
ARIES' trailer mounted system is another valuable alternative to chassis-mounted systems! ARIES offers custom built trailer-mounted systems for all of your TV inspection and rehabilitation needs. ARIES' trailer-mounted systems can include TV inspection equipment for sewer/storm/potable water lines, mainline joint or lateral sealing, and lateral reinstatement cutters for the relining industry. A variety of options can be added to expand your system, as needed. Customize your trailer interior, cabinets, equipment, and mounting configuration to fit your unique requirements.
Step Van Inspection System
ARIES' step van inspection systems offer a stable all-in-one work vehicle that has been the "workhorse" of the industry for years. These vehicles can be set up for a simple CCTV inspection vehicle to a fully capable pipeline rehab vehicle with either TV Inspection and Air Test and Seal System or TV Inspection and Lateral Reinstatement Cutter System. We have the most versatile truck/body converter in the industry, stocking various Ford, GMC, Sprinter and International chassis' ranging from 9500 GVWR to 26,000 GVWR.
With our complete in-house, vehicle assembly ARIES can manufacture your turn-key truck-mounted system in to meet any of your needs. Customized truck interior, cabinets, mounting configuration and equipment capabilities are all part of the job to fit your distinctive requirements. Most of our chassis' are available in diesel, gas, and natural gas configurations. Optional dry freight box mounted systems for export are also available.
