Portable Mainline Systems

ARIES' line of Portable Mainline Inspection Systems is designed to operate all of our cameras and transporters and any of our data collection software suites. The control units are built and designed with all the features of a truck-mounted unit.

ARIES' system control unit is installed in a water resistant, high impact resistant, lightweight case. Electronic footage display and keyboard are standard and operates on 110/220VAC and either 50 or 60 Hz and weighs as little as 55 lbs.

The portable reel is installed on a lightweight high strength handcart for ease of handling. The reel can hold up to 1000' 3/8" video cable.  Free wheel electric clutch, electric rewind gear motor, brake, power level wind and electronic footage counter are standard on the reel.

Portable Mainline System Features

  • Fully portable system with the same functionality as a truck inspection system
  • Operates all transporters and cameras
  • Installs in any vehicle, pick-up, trailer or ATV, etc. providing access to locations normally inaccessible to conventional equipment
  • Control Console contains all the features found in truck-mounted mainline system including: CD/DVD Writer, Crawler Control, Pan & Tilt Camera Control and video overlay
