The Sonar Profiler System

The Sonar Profiler is designed to provide accurate dimensional data on debris level, grease accumulation, pipe deformation, etc, below the waterline. In charged lines or siphons, the Sonar Profiler System provides the visual profile, profile comparison, and dimension data of significant items or defects.

Using the Sonar software, a circle overlay is projected, sized, and moved anywhere within the image for checking erosion or remaining wall thickness. The Sonar Unit can be skid, float, tractor or ROV mounted and rated for operation up to 3,000' operational depth. Internal Pitch and Roll sensors display the orientation of the sonar in the pipe.
