Aries CORD is designed to be used for the following functions in conjunction as a stand alone unit or with Aries Pathfinder Pan and Tilt Camera System in water pipes during the rehabilitation process:

• Locate water connections (corporations) on the water main being rehabilitated.
• Plug the connections prior to rehabilitation process.
• Locate connections after lining or coating process.
• Precisely open the connection removing the covering liner and plugging materials.
• Close, visual confirmation that corporation is fully opened.

 The CORD has these features to facilitate the process:

 Fixed CORD camera and Pan and Tilt Pathfinder camera feed thru connection with camera selector for two camera operation.  

• Three axis cutter head motions for precise corporation location, cutter bit positioning and reinstatement.
• Electric motor drives eliminate compressed air oil contamination of the lined water main.
• Fits easily in a lined six inch water main.
• Constructed of non corroding materials.
• Cutter motor and bit are easy to change.
• Operates with Aries truck or portable TV systems.
