ARIES Customer Service begins in Research & Development at product concept, continues during product manufacture and assembly, proceeds through customer training, extends to telephone technical support and equipment service and repair in our shops.
Three ARIES locations provide the product support you demand and deserve. Each location has trained technicians, a service/repair facility, and a stocked warehouse.
R & D: Research and Development is continuously enhancing and upgrading existing equipment and developing new products and systems such as the ARIES LETS, Transporters, and new generation Pan & Tilt and specialty cameras.
Technical Support: ARIES prides itself on fast and accurate response to customer questions and problems. Technical support is always available at all three offices via their toll free numbers.
Service and Repair: Our equipment is tough, but sometimes it may require service or repair. When equipment service or repairs are needed, ARIES meets any challenge. With three service facilities and trained technicians at each, our response time is the best in the industry.

Training: Service, support and training begins before you purchase an ARIES pipeline TV Inspection System or component. Before equipment delivery ARIES trains your operators in system and equipment set-up, use, and maintenance. Seminars are presented periodically to provide new and experienced operators with skills to use inspection equipment safely and efficiently.
